Vialit offers a wide range of road maintenance services, including mechanical pothole repair with REPHALT®, mechanical crack repair with REFUG®, seam-edge treatment with REPLAST®, thin-layer asphalt surfacings such as DDK Mikrobelag® and STARFLEXX, surface treatments, bitumen emulsion tack coating and contract manufacturing.

REPHALT® mechanical is an ecological machine-applied solution for pothole repair and small-area road rehabilitation. The repair is carried out efficiently using special machinery that applies the material precisely, enabling durable and cost-effective road repairs without large-scale milling.

REFUG® mechanical is an elastic, cold-applied joint and crack sealing solution. It is ideal for mechanical crack repair, prevents water from entering the road surface, reduces consequential damage and supports long-lasting road preservation.

In addition to REPHALT®, REPLAST® and REFUG®, Vialit provides thin-layer asphalt surfacings such as DDK Mikrobelag® and STARFLEXX, surface treatments, bitumen emulsion tack coating and contract manufacturing for emulsions and specialty road construction products.
